Like a normal single component aerosol can, the main body of the can is filled with a paint solution. As with our Single Head 2K aerosol can, an inner sleeve or jacket which contains the hardener is integrated into the main body of the can.

However, for the one head 2K product, the inner sleeve containing the hardener has a built-in mandrel and a suction pipe. The mandrel works to rupture the inner sleeve, allowing the hardener to mix with the paint solution. The mixed solution is then discharged by a suction pipe through the single opening at the top.
